WatchHey guys! My first tutorial kind of thing, which is awkwardly silent, but that is 70% less awkward than you listening to me breathe and chat with my mother sooo I hope that’s cool… I find this technique works best with fairly opaque and thick polishes. The brands that have done best for me are american apparel (which I used for this tutorial), and Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear.
