Hey guys! My first tutorial kind of thing, which is awkwardly silent, but that is 70% less awkward than you listening to me breathe and chat with my mother sooo I hope that’s cool… I find this technique works best with fairly opaque and thick polishes. The brands that have done best for me are american apparel (which I used for this tutorial), and Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear.

Also, note that it took me a while to get any kind of proficiency with needle dragging, so don’t be dismayed if it doesn’t immediately look beautiful for you. As with everything, it takes practice. I hope this is helpful! Thanks : )

in my eternal search for things to do besides study, i decided to give needle dragging a try. after a few goes at it i really like how it turned out! they look kind of like jellyfish, yeah?
ALSO, if you want to know how to do these nails, I have a tutorial HERE now. Thanks : )
